I'm in a funk.
I have a friend who does leadership/motivational seminars and I can remember him saying "do you think I wake up this cheerful?".
A favorite quote of mine says "Most people are as happy as they make themselves out to be." (or something like that).
With all that in mind, meet Gretchen Rubin. Tell me you don't feel happier just reading her "Twelve Commandments".
