Fragmentation

Friday Fragments?

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! No, we haven't had snow, but in my head we're having a white Christmas. Yeah, I know. I'm crazy, but I'm all about the decorating this year. I've also had this song running through my head.

You're welcome.

What is with children and sofa cushions? It is apparently impossible for my children to play in the living room without removing ALL of the cushions from BOTH sofas. On the plus side, the dog likes to eat the dust encrusted fruit snacks and pieces of popcorn that seem to multiply like rabbits in the crevices, and our change jar has grown a bit heavier.

You know those days when you want to run away and join the circus? In a week I'll be about as close as I'll ever be. Ringling Bros. is in town and we're going to sell the boys to the clowns.

Not really. The clowns said they'd take the big one but the little one scared them a bit. I told them they came as a package.

They said the deal was off.

So we're just going to watch. I'll let you know how it goes.

Oh... thanks a lot.
That was a really rotten trick to pull!
Thank goodness the page listed the name of the song, so I was able to backtrack my way outta there before it started playing and got stuck in my head too!
... oh wait, apparently the title alone did the trick. Darn. ;)

Cushions are practically trampolines! And they make really great fort walls. Who wouldn't want to play with them?

OH, I miss having a dog to eat all the table scraps and cooking scraps and random pieces of junk everywhere. I guess the toddler will have to do.

I hope you don't mind that I didn't click the link...I have too much stuck in my head, I didn't need to create a landslide... ;)

There is something about children and sofa cushions, isn't there? When we had a couch that had removable cushions, Princess Nagger loved stacking them, jumping on them, laying them out on the floor and jumping from the couch to the floor, or hiding completely under the cushions while they were on the couch. Good times. Right now we have a double recliner couch that the cushions aren't removable. She was bummed about that, and since it's getting to be time to replace that one, she's encouraging us to get one with removable cushions. ;)

LOL on the circus clowns calling off the deal because it was a package deal... ;)

Happy FF! :)

I'm glad our couch cushions don't come out... I don't have kids, but -I'D- constantly have them on the floor *L*

Couch cushions are almost as fun as cardboard boxes!

Cute. We always let the grandparents take the kids to the circus (It's SO expensive, haha!!)

Hope that your cheerful mood lasted all week long. Thanks for leaving a light on for me... :)
