OMGosh LOL...no matter how many times i see this i still crack up....Gladys hardy is a riot!!!!
I wonder if Gladys knows she is a youtube sensation.....I'd like to quit my job just so I could watch Ellen everyday.
I love Ellen, she just cracks me up!
